With the world constantly evolving and changing at a fast pace, Certified Coaches need to be ready when change happens, and this means coaching with an open-heart and open mind.
Successful Coaches Enterprise and The Professionals Forum have teamed-up to bring you a five-part virtual training series on how to Coach with an Inclusive Mindset, ensuring your clients are receiving Certified Coaching free of biases and stereotypes.
This training includes hands on learning, discussions, coaching and group activities.

Week 1: October 28
Coaching with an Inclusive Mindset Overview
Welcome and fundamentals of mindful and respectful coaching. Strategies on how to connect and build rapport, trust and intimacy with our clients on a higher level, ensuring that we are doing this through the lens of inclusion. Overview of CC ‘s and how they are connected to the workshop and materials.
Week 2: November 4
Identifying & Removing Biases and Stereotypes while Coaching
We will explore key terms for Biases, Stereotypes and Isms and the tools needed to identify and remove our personal biases, isms and stereotypes to ensure we are interacting with our clients/businesses with an inclusive and open mindset.
Week 3: November 11
Identifying & Removing Microaggressions while Coaching
Who are you? How are you different from all the other people who do what you do? You’ll need to make this clear in your messaging.
Week 4: November 18
Introduction to Gender Identity - Connecting with our Clients
Key terms for Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation along with many others. Attendees will discover what Pronouns are and how to use these correctly to ensure everyone is respectfully represented during your coaching sessions. Attendees will also learn the key terms for LGBTQ+.
Week 5: December 2
Introduction to Intersectionality - Recognizing our Clients' Identity Markers
Key Terms for Intersectionality, Social Identity & Identity Markers. Attendees will learn what intersectionality is and its important analytical framework as it relates to working with our clients/businesses. Attendees will learn how multiple types of overlapping inequities; racism & discrimination intersect and how these may impact the way our clients are received at home and in the workplace. Attendees will learn how to apply an Intersectional Lens when working with their clients/businesses.

Cheryl Thacker is the Founder and President of Successful Coaches Enterprise LLC. Cheryl has been coaching for over 12 years and holds 13 coaching certifications. She is PCC Credentialed though the International Coaching Federation and BCC Credentialed through the Center for Credentialing and Education. Cheryl is also the Training Director and an Instructor at World Coach Institute Inc where she has been helping coaches get certified for the past 11 years. She believes every coach has a unique gift to present to the world and it is her mission to help them gain the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to master their coaching skills and grow a successful and sustainable business.
